Complaints and Returns
Your rights to complaint, refund and exchange in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

Right to complaint
In line with the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to file a complaint due to non-conformity of the goods or an incorrectly calculated price.
Deadlines
You may file a complaint within the statutory period from the date of purchase for non-conformity of the goods; for perishable products the period is shorter and stated on the product.
Complaint procedure
You file a complaint with the following details:
- Order number and date of purchase
- Product name and a description of the defect
- Your contact details
Conformity and warranty
We are liable for non-conformity of the goods with the contract in line with the law. A manufacturer warranty may also apply to certain products.
Refund
In the case of a justified complaint or withdrawal, we refund the money using the same means of payment, within the statutory period from receipt of the goods or the statement.
Exchange
Instead of a refund, an exchange for a suitable product is possible, by arrangement with us.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason.
Cost of return
The consumer bears the cost of returning the goods upon withdrawal, unless the goods are non-conforming, in which case the seller bears the cost.
