I am a fitness instructor by profession and I have spent a long time training in all sorts of ways. Hungry for knowledge, at one point I realised that by watching how and what other people do in their training, I could gather valuable information.

Watching in this way, I came to the conclusion that the fastest and best results go to people who use "chemistry", that is, hormones.

It sounds a little odd that on the Spelta Vita blog, which promotes health, we are talking about the use of chemistry, but if we set our pride aside, we can get a lot of useful information from the people who use it. And it really is true: only the use of "chemistry" can deliver the results within the timeframes that magazine headlines promise in order to grab your attention

Whether the body is able to produce them itself (as, for example, during puberty) or the hormones are introduced artificially does not really matter for the result, but the fact is that results depend to a large extent on hormone levels.

I have grabbed your attention a little cheekily, just like those magazines, but if you are one of those who finally want to see results from their training, this article may be of use to you.

I see people who train hard and eat with discipline, yet do not get the results they want. (It is even ironic that, being so motivated, they train so hard that very little energy is left for their recovery. Dissatisfied and frustrated with the results, they train ever harder, and less and less energy is left for the secretion of their hormones.)

The body is very economical when it comes to energy, but we are not. When I talk about vital energy, I mean the secretion of hormones. The body's priority is to cover its vital life functions, and with whatever is left it adapts as best it can to the tasks we set it. When exposed to a lot of stress, it secretes a lot of cortisol, and those are by no means favourable conditions, whether we want to lose fat or build muscle mass. We spend a great deal of vital energy, and then both the training and the diet are in vain if there is no energy for recovery. Imagine you had financial problems: paying for the gym or a trip surely would not be your priority ahead of buying food, paying the rent and so on. It is the same with the body: once we have used up its resources, it does not have enough vital energy left for a proper recovery, and therefore for results. Sometimes it does not even have enough energy for immunity, and recovery from training is a luxury for it.

I will not condemn the use of chemistry, I will only give my critical opinion. In short, the health risk is enormous; you can reduce it if you consult a doctor. I understand that some people make looking better a priority, like actors, singers and so on, and knowingly expose themselves to the risk. Some athletes also use it illegally as doping to get better sporting results, and in America its use for these purposes is even permitted.

Spelta Vita products support your training results by directly raising the level of vital energy, and they are an excellent supplement for the hormones that produce those results. The essential difference is that when you help your body make hormones naturally on its own, you improve your health, energy and vitality, whereas introducing them artificially can have an unfavourable effect.
