Freeze-drying

The freeze-drying process for our cold-pressed grain juice products works as follows: the fresh cold-pressed juice is quickly frozen, its temperature is lowered to -50°C, it is dried in an absolute vacuum for at least 40 hours, and by the end of the process its form changes from frozen to powdered.

The freeze-drying process for our cold-pressed grain juice products is carried out as follows:

✅The fresh cold-pressed juice is quickly frozen

✅Its temperature is then lowered to -50°C

✅It is dried in an absolute vacuum for at least 40 hours

✅By the end of the process its form changes from frozen to powdered

✅The final powdered product has a high-quality nutritional value, just like the fresh cold-pressed juice

✅An advantage of freeze-dried spelt and barley juice is that it is easy to store and requires no special storage conditions (it can even be carried in your pocket 🙂)

✅With rehydration (you pour water onto it) the product returns to its original liquid form

✅It dissolves easily and so in a second you can get your high-quality fresh green drink

Freeze-drying is considered one of the best methods for dehydrating and long-term preservation of the basic nutrients of many foods, such as vitamins, minerals, chlorophyll, enzymes, carbohydrates, proteins... etc.
